Seriously, can a cat be trained to wipe its own butt (whout dragging it across the floor)? Because it's either that, or I need to get a groomer to shave Bella's butt fur. Oh it's cute and all. Fluffy kitty butt

Cats cannot be trained to wipe their own butts that I have found. Instances like you describe here are why Gypsy gets lots of baths.
