Found out Nathan's charges and such today. Most of it is COMPLETE bull shit and I'm fucking pissed.
I've never really complained about the govt and such before, but this is rediculous. The worst part? Theres not a damn thing I can do about it.

You said yourself you only got in that car because you thought he was hot. Accident or not, Brandon's dead and the rest of you were seriously hurt. Fletcher didn't even have a scratch, let him get what he deserves. It didn't have to happen. He didn't have to come over piss drunk and offer you all a joyride. Things just happen, for whatever reason. Don't have sympathy for him just because he's your friend. Alot of things would be different now if he wasn't in the picture that night.

First off, he wasn't piss drunk. His alcohol level was below the legal limit. Even if he would have gotten pulled over that night, the cop would have let him go because he blew .059. To be legally drunk you have to blow .08. Second of all he wasn't the one who came up with the idea. It was Brandon. Yeah, maybe he didn't have a scratch, but think of what he has to live with for the rest of his life. He has to wake up each day knowing that he drove the truck that killed a 17 year old boy. One life has already been lost, he doesn't need to lose his too just to prove a point.

I don't care who's idea it was Azhli. He's alot older than Brandon and should have the sense to say no. I don't care if he wasn't piss drunk, you shouldn't drink and drive ever, period. He's the one who CRASHED the car, not Brandon. Don't take Fletcher's side and start blaming Brandon for it. Brandon, unlike Fletcher, can't defend himself. I hope he remembers for the rest of his life what he did and I hope he feels bad. I have no remorse for his stupidity.

BY THE WAY: My mum asked me tonite when you were planning on paying me for doing your hair? SHe's pissed that she hasn't gotten the money for it. Lemme know, I'll come by your house tommorow and pick it up if you don't have it at school.

i dont have it. we dont have much money right now. my aunt is supposed to pay me saturday though. i'll let you know as soon as i get it.
