ok, apparently i am still having cramps from the gym, after like 5 days. But it is only my abs... which APPARENTLY is a bitch considering that i use my abs to do EVERYTHING, any tips anyone.. and plz.. no drugs ( Read more... )

Ummm, have you tried massage? Or some Icy/Hot? Icy/Hot is usually my last resort because there's way too much Hot and not nearly enough Icy, but it can get the job done.
