When you say that we can pick up our tickets on the Embarcadero, what part of the Embarcadero are you talking about? The hotel itself..Or the Metreon. And we can pick them up as early as Thursday? Or is there a way to get them earlier?

Thanks for your help! I know this is a big loss, but still not as bad as it being cancelled altogether!

It's actually a reference to a room in the hotel - they're all named after SF streets. :-)

This entire debacle over the HBP showing makes me just livid. Bad enough the date changed and forces us all to: 1. Miss seeing the movie on opening day together at the con and 2. buy additional tix to see it on the 14th in our respective locations.

Is there a way to either get a refund or resell our SF tix for those on the Waiting List (perhaps in a forum)? I plan to see it on the 14th with other HP friends?

We do have a small waiting list, but we can't extend any refunds at this time as we have already paid for the tickets.

However, they are just regular movie tickets, so if you'd like to post and make private arrangements to pass on your tickets to someone else, feel free.

Thx, Gwen. How do we obtain a refund for the difference between the IMAX price and regular? Is our card charged back or do we request it?

As we said above, your refund will be included in the envelope with your tickets.

No, the bookfair is only valid in stores and for phone orders with in-store pickup.

My plane lands at 10:20 pm. I'm not checking any luggage, and I am hoping to be able to take a taxi directly to the theatre. If I do not make it by 11:15, will I still be able to get my ticket?

Is it possible to have someone pick it up for me if I give permission beforehand? I do not want to miss out. =( =(
