That's really nasty of them. If you have their email and can convince ebay to give you who they are, you could trial through getting the money off them. Since it is your art work, the money belongs to you. If you don't feel like that, you could ask ebay for the contact the buyer of the product (last years one) so you can give them proof and they can know, so as to warn others. Though.. the whole thing is rude and nasty. I hope someone on Hong Kong finds out and throws them in jail for art theft.
I find this also awkward as I had to go to a lecture last week about Chinese Culture and they were traditionally taught to "copy and copy and copy" not do originals. They had no understanding of plagirism. The laws of Hong Kong/China may not be adequate to do anything, unfortunately.
