Believe you me, I am probably the last person you should ask in regards to making due with an art degree. I'll be brutally honest here and admit I'd be dead or somewhere close to it right now if I were expected to have made a living solely from artsing

Since you're gobbling up and getting informed on all sorts of good things I want to share this bit of advice that might be also helpful; During my last year of college, I was told that usually the most successful and creative kids out there in the art field are always writing. Could be ranting or in the form of creative writing, but it obviously helps them a ton.

Cheers on waking up and wanting to become more then just the pinup/concept artist.

Why thank you. I haven't really noticed any correlation between writing and creativity before but I do not doubt you. :P
