Well I'm impressed!! It's a super gorgeous shot - of you, on location, doing what looks like a rather difficult pose given the surface you are on. Go YOU!! :D

PS - I do hope your shoulder recovers so that you can continue doing yoga. It's something worth staying with a lifetime I think.

Love the reflecting arch of Golden Gate with the arch of this pose you are doing. What's it called?

Hey Kat, Thanks for the comment. There is a name for this pose but I don't remember it because we usually just called back bend. The arms are supposed to be straight in this position. But I was bending on an uneven surface. Plus, I haven't been praticing for a while...That was the best I could do. I am still please with the dynamic of this photo though.

Hee hee, thanks for the comment. It's a crazy pic, and the pose wasn't perfect. But I am glad it was taken in this setting.

I think you are right! That's tells you how bad I am with names and how long I have been away from practicing. I think I was pretty brave too doing that pose on the rocks and posting it here. Glad you find it worth commenting. Thank you for looking!

LOL...Don't ever think that you can't. You can start with a easier lower pose and work your way up. I don't know where am I going to take my next pictures. Hopefully, I will find somewhere inspirational. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comment!

That's pretty awesome ^^ And I'm glad no beach rangers chased you away or anything! Definitely keep up with what you can yoga-wise. This would make a killer promo photo for something.

Thanks for the comment. Think I am ready to go back. It was a secluded beach and hard for the rangers to get down to :) , so I dought that there would people to shoo me away.
