Well, usually listening to music helps me cool down and if that doesn't work, I vent my anger out by playing video games with guns and imagine everything I'm shooting is the object of my fury.

 The people I care about most are my family and friends first, then my idols/people I admire. My family means a lot to me, since I'm not much of a socialite unfortunately that would be my sister and the few close friends I have are enough for me anyway. A few best friends are better than a million people who call themselves your friends.
