I lost my granny to cancer when i was in the 3rd grade, and i have only realized how much i miss her in the past few years. when her cancer was found it had spread so much that treatment was not an option. i remember the last holiday season that she was with us, and asking my mom why she wasn't doing the cooking (she was an awesome cook). i didn't really understand then, but i do now. i'm always here.
