The argument is "If God is benevolent and omnipotent, than why does he let good things happen to bad people?"

But what if God isn't omnipotent after all? What if he sees all that's going on and he's powerless to stop it, to directly intervene? Maybe his powers of intervention are limited, so he uses them to influence people to make changes on their own. Like, instead of expending all of his energy to eliminate one killer, he uses that energy to tell a few people that killing is wrong, and that spreading the word that killing is wrong is indeed the right thing to do. Maybe on a long enough timeline God is omnipotent, he does make the changes we seek, but because we live such short lives we can't see the whole picture.

Say you are a teacher. You wouldn't tell your students every single step to get to the answer so that they would definitely get it correct. The best way is to show them part of the path and have them discover the solutions on their own. Then they will understand. And in the end, they will be satisfied, rejoice, and have confidence. As a teacher you aren't actually teaching them the material. You are teaching them that they have the ability, or the ingenuity, as who they are, just like every other human, that they can figure it out. All they need is faith in their own abilities. With faith comes patience in understanding ( ... )

i feel like Sang will exist in the fiance's heart if she loves him eternally. so she can talk with him in a spiritual sense, like i talk with kitty. but still...i know loving someone is difficult...soooo difficult....hard to chew, hard to swallow, hard to digest....
