I had many years of restless dreams. Only until recently have I felt truly rejuvenated after a nights sleep. I give meditation the credit. Once I began to mindfully breath, I was able to still the mind,thus relaxing the body.
From a chakra stand point,it is the balance of chakra flow that will give one holistic health and vitality.
