So I really started my residency today... that is, today is the first day I was actually taking care of patients... and I feel about as dumb as that big steaming pile of dino-pooh from Jurasic Park (yes, the whole movie, hah hah). I am dumber than I was a year ago when I made this patient-care stuff look easy and totally showed up my intern. Now

I'll come to you....I know it will. it's all in there so don't stress about it. I know this is a totally different level but it took me about two weeks to remember all the finer details of being back at work when I had left knowing the layout better than my apartment. *HUGS!* at least you didn't get pulled over today...
