I can get chicken and lamb pretty easy but not much else.
Most of the time, unless the chicken/lamb is whole (i.e. not chopped up in something) it is okay. If it is chopped up is more than likely going to be filled with chunks of cartilage and bones since they rarely de-bone anything.
Besides that, the quality and quantity of the meat in meet dishes is usually questionable.
I could brave the traffic and head further across town for some Western food but that seems a little extreme when I can eat the local stuff with few issues.
On the meat front, having been to India, you do not eat the meat. Once you have seen them slaughtering chickens in the street with dirty machetes, you reconsider and eat vegtables
