My parents are paying for me to see their lawyer (hopefully next Wednesday), but in the meantime....from where I sit now.....I don't even know if I'll have a house to live in in the near future....:(

What a shit! Is he suing you for custody of Arielle as well? Good luck to you, I hope the lawyer helps you nail him to a wall.

He's not going for custody and I doubt he would ever try to. He wouldn't get it over me anyway so I'm not worried about that.

This is all bad timing because I am still at uni until the end of the year so can't work f/t before then which throws a huge spanner in the works. I also need to enrol Ari at school for next year...but as I don't know where I'll be living it makes it really hard.

Does he not realise that by putting you out of a home means he's putting his daughter out of a home too?

I hope he comes to his senses and sees past being vindictive borne out of the end of his relationship with you and start thinking of what's best for his child.

I'm sure I'll pull through in the end too. It's at what cost that is my main concern right now.

And yes...I have said the evry same thing to him pretty much. He thinks if he pays his child support then I shouldn't have a problem. That is far from the truth though.
