I visited Boston back in 1988 and had a great time but nobody understood a word I said. They were all greatly amused by my accent... :-)
Have fun in NYC!

i know! but sadly we are completely booked so getting a gathering of all of you together might be tricky. HOWEVER we'll be staying right around the corner from bank st. on thursday night and i was hoping to see you and toni. like maybe lunch on friday?(and maybe michelle could come if she's inthe city!) we have no cell access here where we're staying in massawhosetts but i will call thursday so check in about possible lunch plans on friday. in the least i'd like to come over to give both of you hugs!

Erin - I was home sick today with a cold, but I'll talk to Toni tomorrow when I'm back at work, I hope.

Would love to see you on Friday! Even if just for a hug and hello!

If I may add to your list (not even knowing you!), please try Excellent Dumpling House in Chinatown (Lafayette and Canal, I think?) The dumplings are truly excellent but it's the cold sesame noodles that make it a "must" in New York. *slobber*
