But I don't really get the part that the letter's old? Because, if he's in the army he would have comed home after a while, right? So, does that mean that he's dead? Because, like, that'd be more understandable than if he's alive.

Actually, he's dead, but Sungmin doesn't know it o.o

I didn't want to put that there cuz it was too sad, 'cause I was hoping it would be fine with a living Kyuhyun.

But yes, originally, he was supposed to be dead.
