Azula made sure the area was ready. Extra soldiers were hidden, Mai and Ty Lee still weren’t here, but she had made it by without them before. Besides, this was a bending battle and neither Mai or Ty lee were benders

Toph arrives on the battlefield and takes up her fighting stance. "Let's see if you can back up your words," she growls. This Firebender had touched a nerve... And she'd make sure she hurt for it. A lot.

"Oh, I can. The question here is to see if you can back up yours," Azula said simply taking a stance of her own. Earthbenders were a dime a dozen, they were at war after all. Lighting crackled between her fingers, "Whenever you're ready, little girl."

"Let's even the playing field," she muttered and stomped down. A wave of earth shot toward Azula, covering the battlefield in a thick cloud of dust.

Azula dodged the wave of earth, but the dust was another matter. Blind fighting was an interesting game for someone used to using their eyes. Of course, this was how this little girl lived. With a couple quick hand motions Azula shot a chain of lighting in the direction she remembered the little girl standing, "Even enough for you?"
