I haven't had much time to update, and for this, my darlings, I apologize!   I simply have been far too busy to pay any attention to you insignificant peons lovely people.

But!  The play will begin soon, sponsored by one lovely such person whose name I can't even remember, and a bunch of other people.  It is the typical play of Hamlet (my favoritest ( Read more... )

I believe I've heard the story. Your stereotypical emo boy although if he's as attractive as Cloud I may forgive him spends five acts wangsting about how he hasn't bothered to avenge his father, and everyone keels over in the last ten minutes of showtime?

How horribly inefficient of him.

It certainly didn't take me two and a half hours of speech-making before I slaughtered entire villages. In fact, the entire process was over in ten to twenty minutes.

If you like, I can give lessons in practical extermination to your actors.

Hehehehe. How can you expect a human to get it right?

Besides! The moral of the story really isn't about how fast you kill them, but the unfathomable idiocy of mankind as a whole. Given the choice, I would have killed EVERYONE the moment I discovered the truth! No hesitation. Vengeance would be MINE and I would sleep better at night with a cup of chamomile to cool off.

However... you might find this version of Hamlet (edited and rewritten by me personally - copyright laws? What are those? - condensing the whole bloody affair into a nice filmy 1 hour and 33 minutes. :)

Fortunately, I'm fairly certain that copyright laws don't apply, since the play was written several centuries before the invention of copyright.

Otherwise, you might find yourself in need of a refresher course on city laws, supervised by some fairly intimidating individuals. Do please try to keep your announcements of your rewrites to plays whose copyright has expired, so that those of us in law enforcement don't need to take you to task for them? I'm quite happy with 'don't ask, don't tell' as a philosophy myself, but there's only so far one can look the other way when a person ANNOUNCES illegal activity.

In any case. Fewer speeches and more ...efficiency? It sounds as though you've made distinct improvements on the original, good sir.

And I confess, reformed though I attempt to be, 'the unfathomable idiocy of mankind as a whole' is a philosophy for which I still feel a certain sympathy ( ... )

I've missed out quite a lot since you left. When can we rehearse?
