Other: Lilly is a tank and powerhouse when it comes to magic. Nephele's water spells pack a wallop and her panic/confusion skills have a fairly decent success rate proven their target doesn't null it, resist status effects in general, or have magical strength equal to or better than her own. She has no elemental weaknesses, though she's still vulnerable to status effects, and with her high, natural magic defense, she's going to be hard to take down with magic.

On the other hand, Lilly is physically fragile and weak. She's going to get knocked down, banged up, and knocked out a lot until she toughens up and even then, she's not much of a physical fighter. A couple of hits from her weakness and she's in trouble. She'll be able to get in the occasional lucky hit, especially after she graduates from whacking and jabbing things with prop swords and yardsticks and starts using foils and rapiers, but other than that, she won't do much physical damage and might wind up being a liability during some encounters.

She's also going to be extremely reluctant to fight demons once she sees they have thoughts, feelings, and personalities just like they do. She'll likely be a total pest because she'll outright refuse to start a fight without first trying negotiation and will probably disassociate herself from those who decide to shoot first and ask questions later. She's very, very stubborn about seeking peaceful resolutions and needless, unnecessary fighting will make her visibly uncomfortable or upset. She isn't stupid; if a demon can't be reasoned with and means to hurt them, she will fight to protect herself and the others though she'll be really unhappy about it.

Lilly will probably take a strategic route to fighting once she learns what her strengths and weaknesses are, drawing spell-flingers' fire by acting as a decoy, carefully timing spells to blindside opponents in melee combat with the others, etc. She'll probably try to take part in fusion spells whenever she can and might actually suggest practicing coordination and experimenting with combinations to see what all they can do when they work together.

As for negotiation techniques, she'll probably plea, cry, engage in demon storytime, and draw impromptu portrait sketches. Once she learns demons are open to negotiations, she'll probably start carrying a fannypack with some paper, pencils, a pencil sharpener, and some chalk with her for express contacting purposes.
