The one thing going on in Hikaru's head was manga. and food on a slightly lower priority level.
Once down the stairs, he spotted something shiny nearby, so deviated off his course to go pick it up. Today was his lucky day, 100 yen!

Ending up further from where people usually went had him spot Tsukai. He had never exactly met him, but he thought this position hardly looked comfortable, at least to him.
"Oh, a person is there." he slowly approached teh other, apparently not minding narrating his own thoughts aloud.

"U-uhm... Excuse me...?" he made an attempt at getting the other's attention.
