I have seen Shewees for sale at festivals! I'm kind of intreagued, but not enough to actually purchase one (especially as I think they are single-use). Men seem to have this delight in urinating the the Great Outdoors that has always mildly baffled me - it was very much a ritual performed by my father and brothers during long walks through the New Forest when growing up.
