I said at the end of last year that I wasn't going to continue with my paid LJ account. Just got my email telling me my auto-renewal date is coming up... I can't bring myself so cancel it. I just can't. I may also have reinstated my extra icons add on... -

Merry Christmas
I just want to take this moment to wish all of my followers a very merry Christmas, and all the best in the new year.
It's been a quiet year for me in fandom, but real life has been hectic. I'm not one to do new year's resolutions but I am going to try and stay more in touch with you all. I have missed you.

fic pet peeves
one of my biggest fic pet hates is when people put their own opinion in as character opinion. And it's really, really obvious.
For example, I'm reading this Teen Wolf fic and 'Stiles' makes a mental note to have a word with Derek about breaking the spines of books and dog-earing books etc because it's just not done and I'm like... that's not ( Read more... ) -
