the weekends are finally here. my license to game officially starts now. so here i am: sneaked off my bed at the break of dawn, switched on the computer, and reminicised at how i used to love playing games in early morning. i loved the feeling of indulging myself when everyone else was still fast asleep and unconscious. i loved knowing that when ( Read more... )

No, no, no... Don't doubt your abilities, because time and again you have proved your mettle and that should say something about yourself. What is it you know that wounds your self-confidence? Having self-confidence means believing in your abilties even in the most trying times.

I know this is the point in JC when we are rudely awakened to the realities of our own limitations, an idea we are not exactly used to in our blithely self-assured secondary school lives.

I hope you can walk out of this gloom soon. After all, instead of wallowing in self-denigration, why not start preparing for the challenges ahead to avoid another repeat of the present circumstances?

Hey daddy, just hang on.

Everybody deserves to be trusted and to be cared for, definitely. And you deserve that no less than any other person.

Don't give up because of failure. Just hang on. (: Jia you.

Every screw-up makes you more unique as an individual. I think for you, it goes beyond the, "oh jia you, you can tide through this because your frens all believe in you!" or "dun worry, set your sights further and you'll regain your confidence!". Really, because not everything is on your shoulders, friends, scores, uncertainties, and you just have to come to terms with this. Outsiders would probably tell you tht you are expecting too much of yourself; only thing is you will never feel so yourself. Maybe no expectations are innately "unrealistic"; they just break you inside out before you know it and perhaps your friends around here are all just trying to remind you of that.

sorry I nvr fancied saying the nicest things =X but again, think you just need a lil time to chew on everything.

big smiles monkey =)

Hello kelvin. Haven't talked to you in a while. :) Everyone faces failure, but you focus on it. Why don't you try to see the good you've done. And if you say "nothing." I'll whack your head. :P
