The Remix Redux authors have been revealed, so I can post this now. I know I was assigned penknife with the thought that I'd write an X-Men story (and I know this because that's exactly what a surprised Victoria P. told me when I asked her to beta read this *g*), but it didn't turn out that way. I blame my excitement over the impending release of POA.

Well, I was thrilled when you mentioned it, because more people need to see the great hotness of Remus/Sirius and write fic for me. Er, about them. You know what I mean.

Anyhow, I did send feedback via the form, but I'm not sure it ever arrived, and I did tell you during the beta, but I wanted to say again how much I liked this. And you should feel free to write some hot Sirius/Remus porn any time. *g*

Thank you again for doing this! It's really great, and I'm thrilled to see how you opened up the original drabble into this story. I love the understanding between Remus and Hermione here, and their quiet escapism.

I tried to guess, but have to admit I had no idea you were the one who'd written it, probably because I have you firmly filed under "X-Men" in my head.
