Phil and I came back up to New Hampshire for a week. Last year, if my manager from Wendy's called on my day off and asked me to come in, I would invariably say no. I always "had an appointment" or "had made plans," even if I was just sitting at my computer seeing how far I could make it through the day without actually getting dressed. I applied for a Guest Services position at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk in Connecticut. It's not exactly what I want to be doing, but it's a foot in the door. It's part-time and the pay is lower than the Communications Officer position in Pennsylvania, but it's close to my field.
