In the quest of finding other things to make money on (so far doing surveys and AVON), I came across a website called odesk.com. If you have ever watched GMA, there is a woman named Tory Johnson that contributes some news reports about jobs on the show. Terry and I went out to Office Depot today. I found some Business Card paper by Avery for $17.00 inc. tax. Went and printed out some tonight. I must say, it looks good!

Now if I could just get some customers.

Well, Campaign 24 is over, and it seems I ended up making about 2 dollars after everything is said and done. Since I got in on the tail end of C24, that isn't bad. Let us see what happens next.

BTW, if you are going to order from me during campaign 25, the orders have to be in on Dec. 1st.

I am now an Avon rep. Hopefully, I can make some money by doing this!

I am glad that Obama won. He has some good policies he wants to enact. Unfortunately, Amendment 2 passed last night too. We now have discrimination in our state constitution. It's a happy day for america, but a sad day for Florida.

Deeg and I voted by Absentee ballot. We sent them in last week (day after we received them). Unfortunately, that means we didn't get an "I Voted" sticker. Oh well ( Read more... )

I was watching The View, and they mentioned a website called Army of Women.org. It is a website dedicated to research on breast cancer. They want to recruit 1 million women from ALL WALKS OF LIFE to participate in studies on breast cancer risk so we may be able to find a cure.
