So I've read all of your posts and dont' really know what to say. This whole thing blows, and I'm really sorry you're going through it. That's why I haven't commented on it, because it just feels like everything I could say is pretty worthless.
That being said, I hope this suggestion doesn't REALLY seem trivial since it's the only thing I commented on. It just feels like the only thing I know anything about, so hopefully it is useful. I've been doing the workouts at GPP Fitness and I love them. Some of them you do need a gym to really do but others you can definitely do from home and with limited weights. I try to save the ones that are body weight only so I can do them without a gym. Anyway, I love that they are quick and minimalist exercises but you definitely see results. They do suggest that newbies do half the weight and half the reps until they start feeling comfortable so you don't overdo it.
Oh, and often, if you read the comments on any given workout, someone will tell you how they modified it for their home gym or whatever so you can see what similar movements people are doing. It's a really great community as well. They are all really supportive and kind. I've worked out with that girl in the squad video (she's a mother of twins, believe it or not) and she is so nice and fun.
Thanks Amanda, I posted it pretty much to get things off my mind and hopefully heal better. I thought about making it private but I figured the only people that still use this are you and Sara and I didn't mind if you guys saw it. I hate being so crushed and whiny but I need to figure things out in my head before I can heal. I let it go on way to long and in doing so I ruined any friendship we could have had. Its my fault for letting her do this shit to me but that doesn't necessarily help the pain I have currently. I just need time to get past things. As for working out I will check it out. On a side note I am looking for a house, wish i could afford closer to your neighborhood but its looking like i will have to be more west.
