But then if nothing bad happened, why must he try to forget about Jae? OMG is this about the lawsuit? OMG I've realized just now ;___; Why oh why?

yes the lawsuit.what im trying to say is..since there werent together anymore. He forgets all these things about him. but after he writes everything that he forgot, he relaizes he cant forget him at all.hehe XD
