dont hate yourself cuz u cutt... its not worth it.. u dont mean to do it. it just happens. as in suicide.. the pain becomes overwhelming. u dont do it on purpose it just over comes the resources u had to make u happy. there fore u cutt to relieve stress. its not cool and its not a good thing but its not something to hate yourself for. and seeing a "psychologist" shrink, or therapist wouldnt do any harm. they could help u.. or at least help a little. i go to one.. but it doesnt help me cuz im too far into my pain. and if thats how u r then spend time in a hospital.. as i have before. its not as bad as most ppl think. altho its not cool either lol cuz ppl talk there fucking shit. but ignore them cuz u went adn got help meaning u had hope.. and half the ppl that say shit have problems too they just cant cope with that fact.
