The only thing I remembered about this ep (and, to be honest, probably the only thing I'm going to remember about it in a few weeks time) is that it's the one with the distracting costume re-use. Was the costume department on strike or something that week? Did they really think no-one was going to notice? They aren't exactly the most inconspicuous pieces...
(It also makes it even more puzzling to me why Dayna and Tarrant, among all this crazy variation in clothing, still felt the need to do the old "capture natives and take their clothes in order to blend in"-routine. And then apparently feel the need to change back again before teleporting back to the Scorpio

I know I've seen Avon wear that outfit before but I can't remember where
Do you think Avon is truning into Blake, or sadly aware he will never have the charisma to do it? (I mean, the ordering people about and demenading trust, yes, Blake. But maybe he needs a Jenna to mellow him?)
Avon wore the black leather one in 'Redemption' and 'Killer' I think. (But there are also glimpses of the lobster suit, Vila's cosy brown suede outfit, Blake's green one with the silver-patterned sleeves, Tarrant's red pirate outfit and a few others that look familiar

Ahh. At last. A proper us versus the Federation episode! Enough messing about with getting a ship up and running! Lots of people in shiny black leather uniforms, some grubby natives, and Tarrant and Dayna running round the scrubland. Back to normal, ish

The stock equalisation legislation is interesting I suppose that from a genetic POV it makes a lot of sense, if you're going to populate a new planet starting with only a relatively small number of people.
Travis 3, now with more bling!
homeopathic Pylene 50 use? Ahaha, yes! But then, given what's apparently happened to computer science in the Future, I suppose medicine might have suffered a few throwbacks as well.
The Federation characters are a bit more one dimensional baddies here than they sometimes are. Thought points for the utterly chilling casual discussion over dinner!

Servalan looks like a chorus girl's evil twin.
Orac well and truly drops them in it doesn't he!
And Avon gets really unhinged!
