I know I have been here before. I guess I could go back and check old posts, but it's not that important, really. I love the idea of lj or blogger, but I struggle with the execution. I follow blogs (google reader is the key) and I really enjoy blogs in which average people tell me about their normal and average lives. I enjoy people, at least ( Read more... )

That sounds more like Twitter or Facebook/MySpace status updates. Is there a character limit on that one sentence? :)

I don't think so. As long as you don't friend your HS English teacher, I guess you can run on sentence stream of consciousness to your heart's content. I'm not sure it would work for me, I almost can not do one sentence for FB as it is.

Once sentance a day would be a challenge for me, unless I did it at the end of the day and went with the 'pithy summing up' approach. but most of those sentances would simply say "see previous post" because my life is very same-y. Only the bread changes

Actually, "Only the Bread Changes" would be a fantastic name for a blog. One of those mini-Martha-mommy blogs that have a gazillion readers and generate income. Go forth, make it so!

I think the whole idea, from what I read of it, was that it wasn't supposed to condense the whole day necessarily. That it was to at least write one sentence about the day ( ... )
