This post is to determine if there is interest in purchasing these items. If more than one person expresses interest I will auction them in the journal. I'm sorry, but this is about money for me, or else I wouldn't be doing this. I somewhat desperately need it due to yet more car repairs ( Read more... )

Do you think it would help if I linked to this from my journal or would you rather keep it to your flist?

(d'oh! I pressed send too fast. I wish I could buy it all from you but the last few weeks have drained me financially at least for another month! D:)

Link away, hon. The more the merrier! I just want them to go to a good home.

Oops! just realized a mistake. That last one isn't the soft Frood. Just a "deluxe posable figure". That's what i get for not taking them out of the boxes...

I *am* interested in the Frodo, but cannot make the transaction for about 3 weeks, so, if someone else wants him, go with them so you can get the $$ you need sooner.

Thanks hon. I don't mean to sound greedy or anything. I'm just tired of having to sell my stuff whenever an unexpected expense comes up.

If I auction them it will probably be open for about a week or so starting mid-week, so there's time if you really want them. I've got to talk to the bank tomorrow about delaying my payment so I can get the car fixed. If they'll go for it then waiting a little bit wouldn't be a problem. (Really, they have no choice but to wait. Can't work without my car)

100% understandable -- when you need to do that, you need to do that -- if you've still got it when I've got the $$, we'll talk -- if not, yay for being able to sell them faster -- but BOO for cars and their bad timing (of course, it's never good timing, is it?)

Thanks for stopping by! I've seen you around a bit lately. Always good to have new hobbit fanciers in the fandom!

I do have another person also interested in Faramir. I will set up an auction listing in the journal to begin next week. Opening bids of $50 would be accepted, although I originally paid $65. (had to look it up at Sideshow since I couldn't remember.) I am still estimating shipping to be 15 in the US. I remember that's about how much it cost to send a Frood to someone in Canada about six yearas ago.

I'm still interested in the Faramir. I just need to wait until my paycheck clears my account on Saturday, if that's not too late. If it is, that's ok too.

Is the price still the 50 +15 shipping? :)

*hugs*

I know how that goes. I actually made it to the top of the wait list for the
Aragorn premium format statue but by that time I couldn't justify spending however much it was to get him. Still bummed about that, but considering the situation I'm in I'd be selling him too. *shrug* c'est la vie!

Thanks for the link though. The more the merrier! I just want these things to go to a good home.
