Twenty fourth capture//Jigglypuff attack

So today I kind of ran into a little problem. Well I didn't exactly RUN into it, but it happened none the less. I found this little jigglypuff and it was happy as can be. I thought it would be a lot of fun to listen to it sing. They enjoy it when you do because they feel all excited and stuff

Lets just say one thing led to another and well..

It works on people too! They can make anything fall asleep.

They also hit really hard and sometimes they can float too.
