Been doing really well with my exercise...thing? I'd wondered what the difference was when at 22 I did the same stuff I do now, but eat better now (no bottles of wine and a box of twinkies a night = /) and could lose weight then easy peasey but couldn't manage to lose weight now ( Read more... ) -

Day 1
Whee! Up at 630am, made coffee fed puppy, took puppy for a walk. He was so excited!! He also went down the stairs from our apartment for the first time (uh-oh! there will be no stopping him now) it was good, came back from the walk (maybe 20 mins?
