i fucking hate this. i hate potomac ridge. it's making me feel worse. i dont like the people there...they piss me off. i just came back from there. i had to see a few psychiatrists and this nurse and all these others asking me a bunch of questions and a few group therapy sessions. god they think i'm suicidal and im NOT. psychiatrist thinks im "in

man i know therapy is just a bunch of shit. i don't know how it's supposed to help people. some people do better but like that never fucking happens when you're a teenager and you have to talk about your feelings to people you barely know and adults who don't care. at least we'll be therapized together ;/
