Pepper jack cheese is not a cheese that should be taken lightly.  It is a cheese that strives to be sharper than all other cheeses.  In this facet it is great. It adds that awesome kick to any sandwich.  However, there is one drawback.  It melts terribly. Tastes delicious melted, but cools quickly into a stiff substance almost impossible to eat.

Listening to byop? I love pepperjack cheese but I haven't had bad experiences with it drying up. I must make a note of this.
Is there a happily ever after for you regarding classes and apartments?

I think I just wanted a title. I ended up getting a B in the class. I am very diplomatic towards teachers. As far as the apartment, I haven't been billed yet, but I'm waiting. Mozzarella cheese is hands down the best cheese for melting. I feel like this is common knowledge but in case it isn't...uhh...tell everyone.
