Huh. I thought he said 'the biggest bottoms'. Can you imagine if Gale never auditioned and we get that actor as Brian. The show wouldn't existed after ep3.

Thank god for Gale Harold and his balls.

I wasn't sure whether it's biggest or pit less. I think rewinded it a Million times and went for pit less, somehow thinking I heard the t-sound in the middle, not at the end. *shrugs*

And no, I really don't want to imagine the show without Gale. :(

At first I thought to myself, 'Crap, I haven't seen this episode before!' but then I realised I hadn't started taping it from the start... so I've seen the majority of it.

I love that hotel scene, GUH! I watched that episode over and over again for days on end *dies* Thank you for the screencaps! <3

Re Jennifer: I don't know. I still give her credit, since she kinda got pushed into the cold water and has no idea how to handle the situation, all on her own btw (it gets better when she bonds with Debbie). You must consider the all nice happy family-background Justin comes from, being gay doesn't fit in this rather conservative, picket-fences-narrowed upbringing. Jennifer tries to break out of there, too, but she needs time. And she's trying, so hard. Her doing so not only makes her character very believeable imo - since, no matter how open minded we'd love all people to be, they are not and CowLip is just raising a new discussion of a mother trying to love and understand her son no matter what. How it's supposed to be. But it's not always easy and I think that's what they're trying to show. And she tries all the time, although her methids may seem a bit weird - but she never means bad
Also, you haven't met Brian's mother yet. Or Justin's father. Or Brian's father. Believe me, Jennifer is the most likeable of their parents.
