Do you ever get those days where you just dont want to get up and you just want to sit in bed all day long... well thats what i wanted to do but instead i had to get up and go to track practice... lots of running and lots of sit ups and push ups and pull ups... yeah fun... im really super hurting right now... it kinda sucks...and then on top of it

dont worry,I somtimes get those days but i know that the next day should be alot better and what not...oh plus pot makes the problem go away (for awhile)..lol, nvm, that was dumb of me. but yeah, take care , cheer up. :)
