Well i guess as we grow up, we slowly drift apart from our family in some ways. But deep down inside, we still love them despite their naggings and stuff. I guess its part of life. Thats why sometimes i do make the effort to at least eat dinner or go out and spend sometime with them lor. Cos at the end of the day, they are still more important than friends and lovers.

Huggies, i know u still love them cos u still give them cards and gifts during mothers and fathers day!

Brotha, you had the honour of hearing my mom nag me. Sigh i think i'll only start to appreciate her naggings when she stops. I better wake up my idea. Love ya, brotha. But pls don't ask about my brother anymore.

Im sure it's not as bad as you think, and take heart that you are at least trying to make an effort to communicate better with your mum :)

I can understand about not telling your parents certain stuff, after all sometimes it doesnt serve any constructive purpose - if they end up worrying excessively and not being able to help.
But i guess maybe try to include them more in your life...

Yup, i totally agree that it's no point worrying them unecessarily. Just imagiine how my mom would flip if she knew all the silly things i've done...in jus the last month.

really... u will be surprised... ur mom n dad will like it. dun be shy to bring them down to zouk. let them see that part of u too. but make sure dun get urself wasted.

i think that will be very good. coz it really shows ur parents u r sharing ur life with them!

apart from that... have like weekend dinner with them... those help...

Hi girl. As I have always said before, family is always important.
I myself isnt the perfect son or brother but I try.
And never give up on yourself with regards to your family.
And it is never too late.

Just remember, your family will always be there.
Your friends will moved on in different phrases.
You may find it hard to talk to them just like me.
But show them that you still care and that you can take care of yourself.

Hugs... everything will be fine.
And I believe you are a good daughter.
We fall but we pick ourselves up.
