So I'm in a pickle. I've done everything right. I run at least 3 miles everday. I don't have a car so I walk EVERYWHERE on campus and through the city. I fast for two or three days and eat on the third. I have only salad or fruit. I'm taking vitamins, drinking lots of water. WHY CAN'T I LOSE WEIGHT????? you could try tricking your metabolism. like for 2 days eat 500 cals each day, then the next 2 days eat 200 cals each day, and keep switching it up. this way your metabolism will get used to being on the 500 for those days and on the next day when you only eat 200 it will still think it has to burn for 500 and you will actually burn more. good luck hun.
