So it's been like two weeks. um. only exercised 4 times. not a good ratio. one day played basketball w/ jordan and pote for 3 hours and then ran a mile. about nine and a half minutes. then a couple days later ran 3 miles/ 31:15. okay. yesterday, sunday, ran 3 miles 29:57. and today ran 3 mi. 29:18. so i'm getting better. my calves are sore
