I believe that the running kid asked the guy on the cell if the bus was there, or if he was going to something. The guy with the phone said he was waiting for the trolley and that he can't do something.

I don't know what language it is (or if it is even a real word in any) is the sport which is being practiced in the vdeo. It's also called free-running (and aparently russian climbing?)

It's pretty much defined as Way Cool.
