A River Runs Through It

 'It' being my neighbor's back yard. We live on a block with a steep slope and next door have steps that go from the high point at the back down to the front driveway. They seem to have had a permenant water feature since the day after we moved in here (9/12/2010). Seriously, it is like they have a backyard waterfall

We had been worrying about you, so are very glad to hear that all is okay.

Terry's sister has just been through the Carnarvon floods and although she didn't get any water in her house, she experienced the same dampness and mould growth.
