So update the job shyte. I received an email from the Test Lead stating she brought up all the risks we had discussed, not just my risk, which I made sure to 'put in writing' to her, but others as well. She also informed management - especially the fucked up project manager - that we won't be working weekends anymore to get all of this work done

Hang in there and prioritize your well-being. I'ts really the most important thing. Also go re-read The Mythical Man-Month again. At least you won't feel all alone.

And thank your luck stars you don't work in development for the Navy. It is beyond comprehension how severely clueless we are. We'll get together and I'll tell you horror stories sometime.
