...and it was interesting watching the election from Amsterdam. Less so than I expected - largely because the interesting stuff was at 4 AM there. The election of Obama was pretty much certain from Sep 15th, anyway, due to the economic implosion. LOVE that conspiracy theory, BTW

I honestly think that if everyone just voted "No" on every ballot initiative in CA, it really wouldn't hurt things that much.

Bizarrely, the Governator (of all people!) is giving encouragement to those of us who want Prop 8 overturned. Wait, what?

I thought that Arnold was fairly pro-gay, largely being socially liberal and fiscally conservative. No?

I haven't cared much since I don't intend to ever live in CA, but he's seemed like the kind of Republican I could get behind.

I dunno. I've seen so many weird things out of left field from him that I've honestly lost track...

He has expressed disappointment at the voting record of Californians on this issue. I think he doesn't want to come right out and say that he's for gay marriage, but I think that he actually is.
