如何做好吃的蚵仔煎:

材料: 蚵仔, 蛋, 小白菜或是佟蒿菜, 太白粉, 鹽, 甜辣醬.

蚵仔洗淨瀝乾放些許鹽

開火, 鍋子放些許油, 放入蚵仔, 蛋, 小白菜或是佟蒿菜, 煎一下子
將太白粉放些水拌勻淋在 (蚵仔 蛋 小白菜或是佟蒿菜上) 待水乾 大功告成
