all the conditions are right

Just went to get some cereal, and realized that we are low on milk and bread.

If we were low on eggs, I would expect it to snow.

O, wait - forecast of 2 inches. Stickiness unsure.

joy.

Coincidence? I think not.

- on another note, my virus is still with me - 3.5 weeks and counting. I am very tired of it. zenhack would like me to go back to my office to work and stop laying on the lr couch with the laptop, working sporadically. I would too, but the ability to rest my head easily at any time is just too useful. But, at least it's not deadly - I'm still able to complain.

Also, doctor yesterday said my spleen is not enlarged, though the throat lymph nodes are. May have test results today or tomorrow. I still think it's mono - zenhack tested negative on a test that is 99% correct if positive, but only 50% correct if negative, but all the symptoms are right, and we've never had mono before.

I have a lot of sympathy for people with MS or chronic fatigue or the like. I have been pretty much a lump for two weeks, and zenhack's been taking care of me. I can help a little (got the laundry done over the weekend, and cooked one meal) but I am nowhere near my usual level of productive, and zenhack is being distracted from his renovation work taking care of Ash and me. It's frustrating on a lot of levels, and if it were chronic, my self-esteem would take a big hit. I value my competence and work ethic, and it would be very hard to change my standards. Thank goodness it is unlikely to be chronic. I really think I am getting better, just slowly.

I took Ash with me to the dr and he had a good time. Checked out the PAs glasses and boogied with the nurse. Who is a fan of SYTYCD. This pleases me.
