Today I finally hit my first major weight loss goal of getting under 200lbs. I have been over that since some time in high school. Not sure exactly when but I believe around junior year. Congrats, my friend. That is an insanely impressive accomplishment, and you totally have the right mindset for the weight-loss thing! I'm proud of you! Fight on!!
