So ya Alex basically has a bf now. Only my parents don't know about it. They think we are just good friends going to prom. ahaha. I wish I could tell them we are dating. The problem is they don't agree with inter racial dating. Jeremy(my bf) is mixed, his mother is white and father black. Hmm for now I'm going to lay low with the whole dating thing so they don't start asking questions. But eventually they will find out. I can see thier concern with the whole dating someone of another race, but its getting really dumb. I also understand that the time when they grew up and our grandparents were brought up in a way that set strandards that makes inter racial dating looked down upon. But I really believe they shouldn't look at whats on the outside and just his skin color. B/c they like him as a person and everything else, but the fact that he is mix is like o no u can't date my daugther. Wat do u think of this? stupid huh?
