When I eat, I eat all the protein first, then veggies and then if I am still hungry, I eat the carbs. By the time I eat the carbs, I just eat a few bites. It really works for me. Maybe it would help you stick to protein too???

Maybe it would. Ive given up bread and sugar. I am going to just eat protein for 5 days and then ease into small amounts of carbs. Also going to up my water. Im drinking 2 bottles a day. Not much but I used to drink 3 or 4 cans of coke a day. So thats something.

No kidding about the wave of earthquakes! And some cruise shit was hit by a huge wave and I heard people died. I wondered if it was connected to the rash of earthquakes.

I feel your pain about weight loss. I have thought of drastic means too, but then I start feeling deprived and go hog wild on a binge. I think slow and steady is best. So, you have to ride out the bummer weeks some how. I get so discouraged if the scale doesn't budge. But even if I lose only a pound a week I will be at my goal by years' end. (((hugs))) At least you are not alone in the struggle, if that is any consolation.

Our house is so close to the water that when there is a King Tide, our street can flood, so a tsunami? I am just sorry we sold our bigger boat, :)

My boss lived on his boat for about 2 yrs. He says he misses it. He bought a house on the beach. His boat was a 54 footer. I told him move back into the boat. LOL
